Are you having problems with a city tree? According to

the Warwick Tree Warden, city trees cannot be pruned

or removed without

a permit. If a tree's root system is interferring with sewer lines, the city has the right to remove the tree regrdless of what

the resident may want. To obtain a permit or reques

an overhanging city tree be trimmed.
